Where does Nourish deliver?

Nourish delivers to homes and businesses in most zip codes across the St. Louis area. If your zip code is not included in our delivery zone, please email hello@nourishbyhollyberry.com so we can consider your neighborhood or workplace when we expand.

How will my Nourish meals be delivered?

Your meals are created by our chefs and flash-frozen to retain all the goodness and flavor created. All Nourish dishes contain no preservatives and will arrive frozen so that you can heat and serve that very day or save for later in the week. Every dish can cook from frozen in about an hour or less – no need to thaw/plan ahead.

How will I be billed?

You will be billed every Monday after cutoff when you customize your menu selections which will be delivered the following week.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes! Each week you will have the opportunity to skip, swap items, and/or add items to your delivery! If you need to pause, change your address, etc., simply log in to your account on your phone or computer to view your subscriptions. Click ‘plan settings’ to make your changes, and, if necessary, cancel. Any changes must be made at least 10 business days before your next delivery. If you are considering canceling, please contact us and let us know your feedback so we can keep improving. We built this for YOU, and we want to know what you think!

What if my delivery is scheduled on a holiday?

Great question! We will deliver your order the business day before or after depending on the holiday. Advance notice will be given.

What happens if I’m not there to receive a delivery?

If no one is home to receive the delivery, please make sure you have a cooler with ice packs out for us to store your food. If we do not see a cooler, we will contact you. Your options will be to pick up your bag in our market, have it re-delivered with your next week’s bag, or schedule re-delivery for a small fee.

How many people does each Nourish item serve?

This will be something you can dynamically choose each week! Each entrée option can be packaged to serve 2 or 4 people. All sides and other menu items are family-style.

Does Nourish accommodate specific diets or allergies?

Nourish works with our in-house chefs to provide a healthy and varied menu. We have many options that are made with gluten-free ingredients, healthy options, plus dairy-free and vegetarian selections. Because our kitchen handles many types of catered events, we are not able to guarantee that our meals have not come into contact with common food allergens such as nuts, seeds, dairy, wheat or fish. Please see our menu key for notations on what items fit your dietary needs, as well as our nutrition guide and ingredients list for more detailed information.

Can I swap out or add menu items?

Yes! You have the option to swap or add alternative items every week when you receive your order text message.

How often does the menu change?

We will change many items seasonally, but some fan favorites (like Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese!) will remain.

What if I am interested in having an event catered?

What is served in your Neighborhood Market?

Can I receive communication through email instead of text messages?

Yes. However, this functionality is limited. If you select email as your communication preference, you will only receive the Monday alert of the new menu and your receipt via email. All other communication will be sent through text.
